Can I sell all three products you offer – coffee/specialty beverages, cookies and fudge?

Answer

Yes.  Most schools who sell two or more programs benefit from added profits.  There is no charge to sell all three products so we recommend you sell all three to boost your profits!

Do you offer an Online Fundraiser?

Answer

We offer a free customized online fundraiser that we will create specifically for your organization, with your logo and optional photos.  This allows you to reach numerous out-of-state buyers who can purchase products online and have them either delivered to their home or to your organization. We also give you a texting option to make it easier for your sellers to reach their family and friends!  We can get you set up within 5 days!

Do you provide a personalized label for your coffee bags?

Answer

Yes, simply send your logo to our art department (artdept@javajoefundraising.com) and they will create a customized logo to display on your coffee bags at no charge! Just be sure to include the name of your group in the subject line when emailing.   Don’t have a logo? No problem, we can create one for you! Just let our art department know what you are looking for (colors, theme, etc.) and they will be happy to create a logo for your review.

What type of profits will I receive on the gourmet coffee/specialty beverages, single-serve pods, non-frozen cookie dough mixes and fudge products for U.S. schools and organizations?

Answer

Gourmet coffee/specialty beverages – $5.00 profit

Single-serve pods – $4.00 profit

Non-frozen cookie dough mixes – $6.00 profit

Fudge – $5.00 profit

You will make super BIG profits by selling products that people use and want every day!

Are your cookie products frozen?

Answer

No!  We only offer non-frozen baking mixes including our popular Auntie Anne’s pretzel mixes and Cinnabon kits.  This makes for hassle free delivery and a one year shelf life for your buyer!

How long should I run my fundraiser?

Answer

We recommend you run your fundraiser for 2-3 weeks.

How do I place my orders?

Answer

We have a simple online order system.  Simply go to our website www.javajoesfundraising.comor www.javajoesfundraiser.comand look for the Online Orders tab.  Once you place your order, you will receive an invoice immediately.  If you don’t receive an invoice, please call us at 1-877-341-2332, ext.1.

Do I have to place a minimum amount to order?

Answer

No, there are never any minimum order requirements! However, we stand behind our quality products and believe your sellers will not have a problem selling MORE than they anticipated!


Question

Is there a shipping charge for my order?

Answer

No, shipping is free throughout the U.S.  There is only a one time $20 processing and handling fee added to your invoice at the end of your fundraiser.  We require no upfront payments.

How do I pay my invoice?

Answer

Public schools K-12 must submit payment within 7 days after receiving your order.  Private schools and all other organizations are required to submit payment after receipt of invoice, prior to items shipping.  You can either mail us a check or pay by credit card.

Do you offer a pre-sort option?

Answer

Yes, if your invoice totals $3,000 or more, you are eligible for our pre-sort option. Our pre-sort option automatically separates orders by seller for easy distribution. You will need to send the tally sheet you received with your fundraising materials immediately in order to avoid a delay in the processing of your order.  Please email to customerservice@javajoesfundraising.comor call 1-877-341-2332, ext. 1.

How long does it take to receive my items once my order is placed?

Answer

You will receive your order within approximately 3 weeks of placing your order.  Once your items ship, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Do you offer any incentives for our sellers?

Answer

Yes!  For every 10 items sold, your seller will receive a free pair of Java Joes earbuds.

Do you offer residual sales?

Answer

Yes!  Have your buyers visit our E-Commerce site at shop.javajoesfundraising.com. They can then place orders for any additional products even after the end of your fundraiser. Just have them include your organization’s name in the notes field and you receive a profit check quarterly (profit is $2.50 per item).

Do you offer a fundraising program in Canada?

Answer

Yes, we have a special fundraising program geared to our Canadian customers that offers them the option to sell our gourmet coffee/specialty beverages and our fudge.  Canadian customers will sell and pay in Canadian dollars.  For more information, please call 1-877-341-2332, ext. 4.
